Welcome! I’m Liz Hagerty, a Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of British Columbia and am registered with the BC College of Social Workers (#11384), the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#19668), and the BCACC as an Approved Clinical Supervisor.

I provide therapy for adults, adolescents, and children, as well as reflective clinical supervision for social workers and therapists who are growing their confidence in clinical practice. Whether we’re working together in therapy or supervision, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to explore challenges with curiosity rather than judgment.

Throughout my career, I have worked across government, post-secondary education, health care, and community-based settings. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, identity exploration, and personal growth. As a social work instructor and clinical supervisor, I am also passionate about supporting the next generation of clinicians as they develop their therapeutic skills and professional identity.

My Approach: I believe meaningful change begins within a safe, collaborative relationship. My approach is relational, strengths-based, and grounded in the understanding that our experiences, relationships, and the systems we live within all shape who we are. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools that support lasting and meaningful change.

For clinicians, my supervision approach emphasizes reflective practice, clinical reasoning, and developing confidence in your own therapeutic voice. I believe supervision is a space to deepen your thinking, integrate theory with practice, and continue growing into the therapist you want to become.

I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you, whether you’re seeking support for yourself or looking to grow in your clinical practice.

WAITLIST: Devon is not currently accepting new clients. To be added to the waitlist, please contact Devon directly at devon@thewellnesscollectivebc.ca.

My name is Devon (she/her) and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Previously, I have worked in the mental health field as an addictions counsellor in Ottawa, Ontario. During my time counselling, I had the opportunity to support clients and their families as they maneuvered their experiences not only with substance use issues, but a multitude of other mental health challenges. Substance use issues do not occur in a vacuum, and this work provided me with experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, and relational challenges.

Working as a therapist is incredibly meaningful to me. It takes a lot of courage to share your story with someone else and I take that very seriously. Together, we can unpack old patterns and narratives so that you can move towards a more open-hearted life.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES I believe that the most important component of counselling is the therapeutic relationship. I provide my clients with a safe, caring and supportive environment. My hope is that you will be offered a sense of security and space that will support you in working through challenges, as well as developing deeper self-compassion and connection to your body’s intuition. My main therapeutic approaches are person-centered and experiential. I draw heavily from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Gestalt Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

Accepting New Clients

My name is Kristen Hamilton and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Over the past 15+ years, my professional experiences have been driven by my passion for working with individuals and families. I have worked in a wide range of settings and populations, including hospital, community and private practice.

I am passionate about helping individuals identify and overcome the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential. I seek to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore patterns and beliefs that may be hindering them from making meaningful changes in their lives. Together, we can explore and process the impact past wounds and relationships may be having on your sense of self and your relationships. Through processing and beginning to challenge these beliefs, I seek to help my clients feel more empowered and confident in establishing and maintaining their relationship with themselves and others.
